We are pleased to update that the Group continues to deliver a solid performance with growth in the majority of sectors in which we operate. We are focused on our two key growth drivers within the heat transfer and thermal fluid market:

Portfolio


Our aim is to maximise business opportunities from our existing portfolio – the Globaltherm® range  - and our more recently launched brand Thermocare® - through a clear focus and a strong brand proposition in our key sectors : industrial manufacturing, food, chemical processing and speciality chemicals, plastics, polymer and styrene, pharmaceutical, solar and biomass.

The launch of the Thermocare® lifecycle management plans (Essential, Optimum and Ultimate) was a significant milestone for our company for which we gained recognition from Keele University in the category of Science, Technology and Innovation and a Queen's Award for Enterprise 2016-2021 in the category for Innovation.

The launch of our latest concentrated solar power (CSP) products Globaltherm®  Omnipure  and Omnistore has also contributed to our success so far this year with key sales in overseas markets.

Geographical expansion


Our global reach  is steadily increasing with the addition of new partners and distributors in a range of strategic locations. We sell Globaltherm® products through our  overseas distributor network in a range of locations spanning 6 different continents.

Our People


Central to our strategy for growth and sustainability is the motivation and engagement of our team. We have developed a people plan that supports our strategic aims and continues to build on the strong Values embedded across the Group. We expect the headcount to increase during the next financial year and given that our talented workforce has been so instrumental to our success, we will continue to leverage this advantage through succession planning and ongoing development programmes throughout the 2016/17 financial year and beyond.

Our Prospects


Looking ahead, we are confident that the execution of our strategy  will continue to deliver growth.

Our most recently launched thermal fluid product - Globaltherm® Omnistore  - has been developed to secure our proposition in the concentrated solar power market.

The launch of the Thermocare® lifecycle management plans (Essential, Optimum and Ultimate) was a significant milestone for our company for which we gained recognition from HRH Queen Elizabeth II and the Prime Minister with a Queen’s Award for Innovation. We also received recognition for the creation of Thermocare® from Keele University in the category of Science, Technology and Innovation at the Staffordshire Business Awards.
