Portfolio
Our aim is to maximise business opportunities from further development of our portfolio – the Globaltherm® range – and our fluid condition monitoring and management service Thermocare® – with a strong brand proposition in our key sectors : industrial manufacturing, food, chemical processing and speciality chemicals, plastics, polymer and styrene, pharmaceutical, solar and biomass.
Thermocare® lifecycle management plans (Essential, Optimum and Ultimate) continue to contribute to the success of our company, for which we gained a number of awards regionally and nationally.
The launch of our concentrated solar power (CSP) products Globaltherm® Omnipure and Omnistore has also contributed to our success with key sales in overseas markets. Additionally, we have extended our premium high temperature range to include Globaltherm HF® (high flashpoint product heat transfer fluid), Globaltherm EXS (non-flammable heat transfer fluid) and Globaltherm MXT a highly resilient mineral based heat transfer fluid with a unique blend of additives formulated to extend fluid life.

Geographic expansion
Our global reach is increasing with the addition of new partners and distributors in a range of strategic locations. Globaltherm® products are sold through our overseas distributor network in a range of locations spanning 6 different continents and our businesses in Europe, MENA, the Americas and APAC.
Our People
Central to our strategy for growth and sustainability is the motivation and engagement of our team. We have developed a people plan that supports our strategic aims and continues to build on the strong Values embedded across the Group. We continue to increase our headcount and given that our talented workforce has been so instrumental to our success, we will leverage this advantage through succession planning and ongoing training and development programmes throughout the 2025/26 financial year and beyond.
Our Prospects
Looking ahead, we are confident that the execution of our strategy will continue to deliver sustainable growth.
Development of our Environmental Social and Governance strategy is emerging with the formation of a group-wide committee.
Our on-site lab facility continues to provides accurate analysis of thermal fluid product to inform current and future fluid management and actions for manufacturing process facilities throughout the world. And further enhancement of our training portfolio is in direct response to meet market demands.
