Sales Executive – Global Heat Transfer

The Role
The Global Group is a strategic partner to large scale manufacturers operating in the UK, Europe and Internationally. The Global Group comprises of a number of companies interests ranging from heat transfer fluids and engineering services to the supply of hygiene and industrial cleaning products and logistics. This role is within the business unit: Global Heat Transfer, thermal fluid products (Globaltherm® brand) and heat transfer engineering management and maintenance services (Thermocare® brand).
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the industrial sector who could benefit from our thermal fluid and engineering management services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
About you
You will be able to demonstrate a professional sales aptitude and a proven track record of building strong customer relationships that have directly impacted sales. Your key skills will include:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
- proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid drivers license and clean driving record
